Xpert Tutor is a home tuition matchmaking platform operated by Edukin Education Pvt. Ltd., located at II Floor, Diamond City, PN-01, Campbell Rd, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226003. We connect parents and students with qualified home tutors in Lucknow.

 

3. Services

Xpert Tutor acts as an intermediary platform that helps parents/students find home tutors. We do not directly provide tutoring services. The actual tuition is delivered by independent tutors registered on our platform. We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or actions of any tutor outside of the matching process.

 

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on this platform. Parents registering on behalf of minor students are solely responsible for their child's use of the service.

 

5. User Accounts & Information

When submitting your details through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you share with us.

 

6. Tutor Registration

Tutors who register with Xpert Tutor confirm that all information provided — including qualifications, experience, and identity — is accurate. Xpert Tutor reserves the right to remove any tutor profile found to contain false or misleading information.

 

7. Demo Classes

The 2 free demo classes offered through Xpert Tutor are subject to availability and tutor confirmation. Xpert Tutor reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

 

8. Fees & Payments

Tuition fees are agreed upon between the parent/student and the tutor. Xpert Tutor may charge a separate service or registration fee, which will be communicated clearly before any transaction. All fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

 

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false information during registration or inquiry

• Contact tutors to bypass the Xpert Tutor platform after being matched

• Use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose

• Harass, threaten, or harm any tutor, student, or staff member

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on xperttutor.com — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of Edukin Education Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

Xpert Tutor is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to disputes between parents, students and tutors, session cancellations, or unsatisfactory tuition outcomes.

 

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
